Today a truly great American has passed away. General Norman Schwarzkopf was a Vietnam and Gulf War Veteran. He was awarded the Purple Heart (One Oak Leaf Cluster), Silver Star (Two Oak Leaf Clusters), and Bronze Star (With V device for Valor and Two Oak Leaf Clusters) just to mention a few. He was a great Soldier and once again a truly great American and it was an honor to serve under his command during the Gulf War. General Schwarzkoph knew the meaning of sacrifice having put his life in eminent grave danger for the sake of his troops. We lost an outstanding Soldier and a great American today and I felt compelled to pay my respects here on this blog. May he rest in peace.
Below is a link to his Bio for all who might be interested in reading.

ReplyDeleteRIP Stormin Norman
Well not too my people interested in discussing General Schwarzkopf so lets talk more football.
ReplyDeleteThe New York Giants.
For them to make the playoffs, three teams have to lose today and the Giants have to win. The Cowboys, Vikings, and Bears all have to lose for the G-Men to get into the playoffs. Not a good picture for the Giants. By all probability, the Giants will be watching the playoffs from the outside.
The Redskins-Cowboys game is the most significant consequential game of the day. It's basically a playoff game for the Cowboys. If the Cowboys win, they are in, if they lose, they are out, point blank, bottom line. The Redskins could still wind up a wild card team even if they lose but for that to happen, the Vikings and the Bears would have to lose. So the Giants and the Redskins will both hope that the Vikings and Bears lose today. If they both lose, the Redskins are guaranteed a playoff birth, but the Giants will then need the Redskins to win only if the Giants win because if the Giants don't, it's doesn't matter anyway because they then have no shot at the playoffs. Big day in the NFL especially for the NFC.
Of course the NFC west is still up for grabs but I wouldn't talk about that one too much because I can't stand the Chickenhawks. If fact I can't stand that division. I could care less about Arizona, can't stand the Chickenhawks, don't like the St. Louis because it reminds me of the NTCC and so does the Chickenhawks. So because I think Joe Montana is the best all around Quarterback to ever play the game, and I know Jerry Rice is the best wide receiver to ever play the game and probably the most impactful football player to ever play. So I have respect for the 9ers and I hope they win their division every year for the rest of time.
So there you have The Grinchimus Gridiron weekly football breakdown. Oh, I almost forgot. Down with the NTCC and the crooked con artists who run that joint. You are a blind dummy and stupid if you give Davis and Kekel your money which is exactly what you are doing when you dump your money into the NTCC. Show me one place in the New Testament Bible where a church leader got monetarily rich off tithes or offerings? For that matter, show me one example in the New Testament from Acts to Revelation where a single person even paid tithe? Show me one example from Acts - Revelation where offering money was used or any other money taken up in a collection was used for anything other than taking care of the needy or to evenly distribute goods between the more and less fortunate? Show me one example that shows Paul or any other Apostle to be financially rich?
So then where did the NTCC leadership come up with the notion that it's church members responsibility to make them wealthy? Knowing all this, you are a stupid dummy if you still give the NTCC your money.
