And that is the NTCCs favorite set of tricks. It's actually moderately complex. The reason NTCC pastors act like that is ultimately because of RWD. For years he has brought heat upon his pastors. The end result is whats known as "poop flowing downhill". Trick #1. RWD knows and has known for years that if he places enough heat under his pastors they will in turn put heat under their church members hence, "poop flowing downhill". All an NTCC pastor cares about is his report. If the pastor doesn't figure out how to boost the figures on his report, he won't last long or he won't remain a pastor long.
As the higher leadership puts heat under the pastors butt, the pastor puts heat on his congregation. If the money and numbers don't rise, the heat rises right under your butt. NTCC pastors generally don't care about your life and that fact has been proven time and time again. They could care less about your parents, children, aunts, uncles, etc. All they care about is money and numbers because that's what RWD has taught for years. Trick #2. RWD uses money and number as the litmus test. It's actually not a totally bad indicator except that RWD and his henchmen don't even care what means or methods a pastor uses to get the "money and numbers", hence Ron Denis!!!!!! RWD thought Denis was the greatest while the money and numbers were there, but the proof is in the pudding my friend and we know how the game ended. Strike Three, Your OUT!!!
If you going to see someone in ICU means less money or numbers for the pastor then the pastor will try to prevent you from going by using the method of "guilt tripping". Trick #3. They consistently try to make you feel like you are "neglecting God". And that my friends is Trick #4!!!! This is the exact point where we all got brainwashed. It happened right at (Trick #4).
Generally NTCC pastors could care less about your quality of life as long as your life is totally given for the furtherance of their agenda. If your plans don't line up with their agenda then they routinely put the heat on you or RWD and Olson will put the heat on them!!! It's just that simple and it has absolutely NOTHING to do with Gods agenda. It's the truth.
Summery. Trick #1; poop flowing down hill (put the heat on). Trick #2; money, numbers and the (REPORT). Trick #3; guilt trip your church members. Trick #4; convince your church members they are neglecting GAWWWWWD in everything they do which goes right in line with trick #3. The Big Brainwash!!!!!!!

I went to visit a relative that was in ICU, that I was hindering the work of God.
ReplyDeleteThat is so NTCC. I remember back in 1979 when Ralph St. Clair was getting ready to go into the Ministry from Ft. Washington we were talking about Bible College. I had a Parakeet that I was thinking about giving to his son Johnny. As myself and Ralph were discussing this he said that he thought that a Parakeet would be a hindrance to the Ministry.
Well, Judging by the way he has been treated by R'DUB and basically left out to dry in various situations it just makes me hope that things have changed for the better.
OMG,
ReplyDeleteThat STUPID report!! You'd be out in a "work", trying to pioneer a church (which means your are building a church with your own money, but ntcc gets the credit for anything you build)-- and ALL they cared about was that stupid report.
I can't tell you the number of times Rev. Olson would call me (at the craziest hours-- usually after I had gone to bed), to ask about the "REPORT". We were struggling-- putting all our money, time, and soul into the church (and suffering alot--which alot of you have experienced), and Olson wouldn't ask or even seem to care about us personally, just, "I need your report". I remember after he'd hang up, I'd just stare at the phone in disbelief, thinking of how that report was ALOT more important than we were.
Thank God were gone!!
a.x.p. (another ex-preacher)
Maybe the Parakeet would be more understanding than RWD!!!
ReplyDeleteAlways make sure your Report gave a "Good Report"...i.e. Greetings Brethren.
ReplyDeleteIf I were to send that report now,
It would go something like this
"Greetings Lizard Lips, all Hallows Eve!! Cursings and Hellfire wishes upon you and the brethren! May satan bless you this day with all the stench of hell..."
Smile!!

And the church said... AMEN! I'm glad you are gone. Olson was and is notorious for calling folks up a all hours of the night. What a jerk. That's right; Olson is a JERK. What better way to describe someone who calls up folks at 1, 2,and 3am just to ask for the report. I witnessed him call pastor Hunt at about 2:30am over some garbage and another pastor named Mayers would brag about how spiritual he was while gladly accepting calls at 2am or 3am from Olson. There is not justification for that garbage. The is nothing that important that can't wait until the morning. These idiots just plain and simply lack """COMMON DECENCY"""!!!
They think that their sorry agenda is so important that it justifies calls at 0 dark thirty in the morning for ANY reason literately. Olson is just a jerk and anyone who thinks it is fine to call folks at 2 and 3am is a jerk also. Cantrell got into an argument in front of all of us with Mayers about the same subject.
Mayers had called Cantrell at some un-Godly hour to find out why someone had missed church. Cantrell told Mayers in front of all of us not to call him that early in the morning anymore. Cantrell told Mayers that if he wanted to find out why someone missed church then he could wait till the next day to call at a decent hour and it was inconsiderate because Cantrell had to get up for work and needed his proper sleep. Mayers proceeded to say how Olson would call him at all hours of the night and he didn't have a problem with it because it was all about souls. BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, BlAH, PUKE!
Then Cantrell told him that it could wait till the next day and for him not to do it again. I though that was outstanding for Cantrell to stand up for himself and his family. Mayers was being an inconsiderate Jerk just like Olson because the apple never falls far from the tree. It's called the blind leading the blind and I have learned to hate and despise that nonsense. It makes me sick that I put up with it for even one minute. Mayers was being totally inconsiderate just like Olson and we all should have stuck up for Rev Cantrell. Everyone in the room should have jumped all over Mayers and as time when on I realized that I had to fight back against Mayers or be abused; one or the other. I finally had no choice but to leave his church and ultimately leave the NTCC some years later. I'm glad I'm gone.
Jeff
The parakeet would be a help in the "work of God". For one, you'd have at least one person (or thing) to preach to-- which is more than some have. PLUS, you could add him to your report, and make it look like more people were in church than really were. Preachers pad their reports all the time. After all-- you have to make the REPORT look good.... remember "We are winning!" (At least on paper)...

That's funny. It seems that many of the NTCC followers are parakeets. "Yes Sir", "No Sir", "Yes Sir", "No Sir", bauk, bauk, bauk. The NTCC has taught them to say that well.
Jeff
Remembering how Olson would be when my husband called for help. He would never answer right then and there. Have to call you back in a day or two. So he could check in with his Master(RW DAVIS) He can not answer a question, give guidance without rw pulling his strings.
ReplyDeletePuppets and parrots are ntcc "minister's. I do not consider MANY in ntcc true minister's. Those that minister, care for all there needs. Not just making sure they put a five or ten dollar bill in the offerring plate!

I was just thinking about the holidays and how that we were told that they were just a bunch of distraction for the work of God. In fact they recommend to have a revival after the holidays for people to get their heart back to God.
ReplyDeleteWell,if you are "in" why not go and spend some time with your relatives?
Kekel has said it time and time again that the rules of nttc are just policies. He even cancelled a saturday service for the 4th of July! He is his own man and so can you!
God won't send you to hell if you are not around for Christmas!
I am praying for those that are stuck in the servicemen's home and the missionaries overseas. The only time they come to the states is when they have an emergency,or when the org. gives them money to come to the conferences.
My plea to God is that the blind eyes will be open to the truth that this blog offers.
Thanks Jeff.

NTCC Graham Report............
ReplyDelete1999- Sunday morning service packed.....
2000- Mike kekel preached about having 2K by 2K. We began two Sunday morning church services...1200-1300 in attendance!
2006- I attended the Febuary "pators" seminar... and Rw said that Graham was running 6-700 during Sunday morning. 4-500 was probably students, faculty, and church members. What happened to the 1300????
I'll tell you what happened the people in the surrounding community have grown wise to the cult out their in Graham, and want nothing to do with it. Then with the rise of Factnet, the word got spread even more. 99% of all people that attend NTCC are one time visitors, hardly any return for a second service. People want nothing to do with that mess! For all of the decades NTCC has been around their numbers are tiny... not even noteworthy...laughable!! All Ntcc has to do, is keep doing what they are doing, and with a little help from folks like us, and Factnet, and soon to be upcoming voices against this cult... NTCC will diminish!

You are right blovd. Folks like Kekel have been making and breaking the rules for years in the NTCC with no hint of condemnation so why should other ministers and church members be condemned for leaving to see family for the holidays? NTCC folks need to stick up for themselves and start making their own decisions. If the head honchos in Graham don't like it the people should leave. If enough of people left, the head honcho narcissists in Graham would realize that they need to stop being control mongers or they would have no one left to control.
Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't stand in line and ask one of those control mongers permission for jack. Why in the world are you going to stand in line and ask Kekel and his cronies permission to have someone over to your house? Or ask them permission to have someone babysit your kids? Of ask them permission to go on vacation? I wouldn't ask Kekel permission for a single solitary thing. I'm a man and thank God now that I'm out of the NTCC I make decisions for my own family without having to consult the likes of Kekel, Olson or one of their other control monger pastors. If we want to go visit family or go to the park or my daughters school or go on vacation we do it.
I must have been totally out of my mind every time I asked some control monger NTCC pastor permission for anything. The other night my wife and I went to my daughters national honor society ceremony and I didn't have to let anyone know what my plan was. It didn't matter if it was on a church night. I'm not answering to some control monger.
"Hey brother where were you the other evening? We missed you in church." Jeffs response: Mr. Control Monger, I really don't see where that is any of your business. I'm not going to answer for the decisions that I make as a grown man who pays the bills in my house so please don't ask me those type questions anymore. As soon as you start paying my bills and providing for my family I will answer all the question that you have but until that time, please don't ask me where I've been, where I'm going or when I'm planning on coming back.
Mr. pastor Control Mongers response: "Well then brother, you won't be able to do anything in the church like take up the offering or lead songs". Jeff's response: "Well pastor Control Monger, I don't think I'll be coming to your church ever again, GOODBYE." "By the way, when is the last time that Kekel answered to anyone"? I didn't think so. Oh I almost forgot; he gets a bi because he is RWDs son in law and that gives him a get out of jail free card. Man how blind must I have been? That was so obvious all along. Well I can see clearly now the rain is gone. It's going to be a bright, bright sun shiny day.

Jeff,
ReplyDeleteGreat song.
I can see clearly now, the rain is gone,
I can see all obstacles in my way
Gone are the dark clouds that had me blind
It's gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright)
Sun-Shiny day.
I think I can make it now, the pain is gone
All of the bad feelings have disappeared (maybe)?
Here is the rainbow I've been prayin for
It's gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright)
Sun-Shiny day.
Look all around, there's nothin but blue skies
Look straight ahead, nothin but blue skies
I can see clearly now, the rain is gone,
I can see all obstacles in my way
Gone are the dark clouds that had me blind
It's gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright)

ReplyDeleteThis needed repeating! Folks stuck in ntcc that secretly come on this blog and others. To read what they are already thinking. God is trying to get your attention. But you are ignoring God pricking your heart. He is trying to get your attention. Those nagging thoughts that something is wrong in ntcc. IT IS A CULT! And I am not just shooting that off from the hip! The only life you do have know is because Mikey is now allowing it to be OK! He is tired of doing all his fun in secrecy! He wants to do it out in the open. So he says, there has been NO CHANGE ! We can now let God guide our life and our directions.
I KNOW that rw davis said we could not solely rely on our own concious to guide us. Kind of like the government. They think we are TO STUPID to make our own decisions. Same with rw davis. He knows we would leave his SHAM of a so called Church if we really put it all together.
RUN,don't look back! Get out of ntcc as fast at you can.
I am NOT BITTER,ANGRY exntccer. I care for folks that are still stuck having there live's run like little puppets on a string! Living free is awesome. God can do so much more with your willing heart then being run into the ground by men that want to be LAZY. What ACTUAL work has Rev. D done EVER! Olson,rw davis, and mikey K. NONE! pencil pushing is not WORK!!!!

CM,
ReplyDeleteYou brought up a great point. Here is how it went when I left ntcc.
1. Knew I was very unhappy in ntcc (as a preacher), but wasn't sure exactly what it was-- even though the leaders actions weren't adding up.
2. Left ntcc, but thought they might be OK despite knowing they had deep problems. Didn't want to think bad about them.
3. Began reading Factnet (which confirmed things I had already thought), reading other blogs (reinforcing even more),and talking to friends who had left before (which really confirmed to me that I was NOT the problem, and ntcc was seriously messed up. Also shocked by some of the horror stories, which I knew to be true).
4. Began studying cult tactics and abusive church practices, and was SHOCKED to see ntcc in everything written. (Do yourself a favor and Google those topics).
5. Began studying "narcissim" and finally understood WHY ntcc was so abusive and a jerk to everyone-- RWD is a classic narcissist, surrounded by either fellow narcissistic preachers or yes-men.
6. Now believe strongly that ntcc is a CULT and practices cult tactics.
7. Now live a much happier, fulfilling life. My advice to anyone still in -- GET OUT NOW!!
a.x.p. (another ex-preacher)
You know Jeff, everytime somebody puts a post it brings memories of something that I experienced and this post about how that people that have been in ntcc for a period of time and they are for some reason "brain washed" that they can't be out of the church, specially sunday morning service to visit relatives and spend time with them.
ReplyDeleteI've known people that have been in the army and these are intelligent people and now they are pastors and pastors wives but they haven't made it to visit their mothers or fathers and these relatives are getting old and they don't have anymore years in the earth and these ntcc pastors and wives haven't got into their heads that they will never see them again if they don't try to do it now! Why do they think this way?
I remember one lady in the servicemen's home and she actually was joyful that her family where she was from had an emergency and she got to go to visit them! Then the husband had an emergency and they both stayed in the states a little longer and when she was telling me this she was happy that she was away from the work and had a "little vacation" I was just listening to this and didn't think anything about it until now that I come and read all this about people been so gullible into thinking that their presence is so important in the church that they won't give themselves a little time to go out and visit their relatives. They must think they are indispensable. Or could it be they they have an over-inflated image of themselves that they think that if they go away for a few days from their church the work can't go on without them or they really do believe that God will punish them if they go out for a little visit? Can't imagine this scenerio.
a.p.w.
a.p.w.,
ReplyDeleteI know from experience that alot of people WANT to go see their families and visit relatives, but the pastors through a huge guilt trip on them for even thinking of going. I've been a victim of that myself. I missed my grandmother's funeral, because my pastor was guilt-tripping me!! My family never forgot it either. When my grandfather died, I just got the courage up to tell RW I was going to his funeral. I'm so glad I did.
I think the fault is more with the preachers than with the helpers and church members.
For those of you who have mustered the courage to stand up to NTCC Preachers, you come to the realization that the NTCC Preacher really cannot do anything to you.
ReplyDeleteYOU ARE YOUR OWN MAN!!!
Do NTCC preachers come to YOU and ask YOU for permission to go to Bluegrass festivals?
I THINK NOT!!
Stand up to these ORGES and BE A BULLY TO A BULLY!!!
The NTCC Preacher will RESPECT YOU for it, even if they do not LIKE IT. If your paying tithe,
YOU ARE THEIR PAYCHECK and they want to KEEP THE MONEY COMING in!!!
The smart NTCC preacher lets the member do what he wants. I know that sounds insane, but the Bible does say OWE NO MAN ANYTHING!!!
Slavery was abolished a long time ago.
WHY BRING IT BACK?????
I agree. I learned that lesson very late in the game, but almost all ntcc preachers are a bunch of blowhards that will back down when confronted. They're like the neighborhood bully that acts so tough, but when you punch him in the face he cries to mommy. That is why I respect Jeff so much-- because he DID stand up to them, and they either backed down or started lying about him.
ReplyDeleteYou want to see an ntcc preacher really go crazy? Walk out of his church with your wallet. They're whores for money and will do anything to get it!
a.x.p.
Heh.. I lived close to one NTCC church and then moved and ended up living closer to another one. I wanted to switch to the one I had moved closer to to save money on gas and I got the guilt trip laid on thick...40 minute drive vs 15 minute drive. And I let them guilt trip me into not switching churches and I eventually moved closer to the original church I attended. I know it was the whole money in the offering plate thing because my husband made a killing at his job at the time. Our tithe was probably the largest check they got every month. Not bragging. Just saying...I can see why they didn't want to loose me. They did anyways!
ReplyDeleteBy the Way,
ReplyDeleteKekel has made it a little harder to send him hate email.
Go to NTCC website and try to send him a message.
More of the Same of "I am King and Lord Over You" website which reflects the true nature of the Cult.
Anon,
ReplyDeleteMikey has also taken off the clicking as Anonymous on his blog. Probably does not like to hear the truth!
CM
Jeff,
ReplyDeleteIt's interesting to me that ntcc claims to be a super-holiness church (more holy than others); that God speaks directly to their leaders (and therefore CANNOT be wrong); believe that they are God's last hope for this world; and that almost all other churches are compromising..... and YET--
While preaching holiness are secretly doing "worldly" things. Their hypocrisy is amazing, and Mike Kekel and RW are master hypocrites.
Say God speaks directly to them, yet routinely give either bad advice, or jack people up over bogus info. So is God wrong or them?
Think they are God's last hope for this world, but can't even build a church in Graham. The Baptists, Charasmatics and even Catholics do more good in this world than ntcc ever will.
While condemning other churches for being compromisers, are themself compromising. They are so like the Pharisees it is amazing. Outwardly holy, but inwardly evil.
I know you've probably covered this in another thread, but maybe you could start a thread where we prove through our stories instances where ntcc preached one thing, but did another. Like saying they love and care for you, but as soon as you decide to attend another church (even an ntcc church) they label you as the devil because they don't want to lose your MONEY!

Jeff said...
Of course he doesn't like hearing the truth. The NTCC is big on suppression of information. They don't like people talking amongst each other at all. That is why you have to get permission to have folks over to your house. That is why they don't like ministers going over to a church members house without permission; specifically helpers. That is why they to don't allow "TOO" many couples together at the same time. Why?
Because too much damage can be done if "TOO" many folks get together at the same time and let the cat out the bag. A group of totally messed up and abused church members can potentially get the truth out by talking to folks from another church. A minister that knows the inside deceitful workings practiced by the NTCC leadership can inform otherwise unknowing or ignorant church members.
The bottom line is the NTCC leadership likes keeping people in the blind and that can be clearly seen by their soul winning techniques alone. They don't want the quote "soul winners" to tell people anything about the church. The reason I quoted the title soul winners is because I now believe they are quote "life wreckers".
They don't know it but they are ruining folks lives when they get people "IN" the NTCC. Yeah they may save a couple drunks or drug addicts but in the process and through deception, they steel folks lives away. For the most part the guys in the military have a good live and a good career going until they unsuspectingly get it snatched away by the NTCCs deception and their sorry non accredited bible school who's certificate is worth no more than a parcel of trash my waste basket. That is why you have NTCC ministers going to a real college now to get a degree that will actually help them one day get a real job.
Jeff
With the holidays approaching, it got me thinking about ntcc "bag of tricks" to keep you from being with your relatives this Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years.
ReplyDeleteWhen I was a student in their bogus school, I went home a couple of times for Christmas, because my Mom sent me a ticket. But, I always felt guilty, because Davis and Olsen made it clear that your relatives were a bunch of sinners-- who only wanted to sin and party through the holidays. "And why would you want to hang around sinners unless your heart was sinful also??? Hmmmmmmmmmmm??"
Well, everytime I went I had a great time, there was no partying, and it was always good to see my family.
However, I did miss a number of Christmases on purpose, because I thought showing loyalty to the org would prove my loyalty to God. And what happened? Well, for one it was mostly boring, since there is nothing to do. Sure I had some good fellowship with some good people (whom I was very selective I chose). But, overall, the holidays are a time to be with family and loved ones, and by not going it does something inside you, where you really should be with family (sinner or not). Now I know there are exceptions to the rule-- like you grew up in a dysfunctional, abusive family-- but just a normal family.
Once, when we were in St. Louis, under a very oppressive pastor (KG), I made the decision to go see family during the holidays. This was heavily opposed by said pastor, but because he treated me and my wife like dirt, I ignored him. (Like we would really rather spend Christmas with him plowing our field and putting us down all the time. Get real!). Well, that visit to my relatives still stands out as one of the best times we ever had. It was a great time-- and there was nothing sinful about it. Just good family memories.
So to those of you still in ntcc-- if the pastor is guilt-tripping you into NOT going to see your loved ones--- go anyway and enjoy life for once! It will be the best gift you could give you and your kids.

ROFLOL: Ha, ha, ha. Very good AXP. And that is exactly how these crooked NTCC leaders get you in check. Let me tell you the sad part. There are in fact certain activities that lead to others, (not that rolling dice for Yahtzee will lead to playing craps).
The NTCC is notorious for stretching those kind of notions to the limit while restricting everything they possibly can in your life. Back to the sad part that I was supposed to be telling you about. The NTCC teaches all this garbage while simultaneously teaching that certain folks like Kekel are "immune" to the effects participating in quote "questionable" activities. The NTCC leadership has in fact said that guys like Kekel and his family members are spiritual enough to participate in certain activities without the activity having any negative spiritual effect on them.
That is exactly how they justify people like the Kekels not following the rules that the church members and certain ministers were always required to follow.
"We just aren't spiritual enough to go to a jazz festival (like Mike Kekel) because we wouldn't have the spiritual self discipline to to leave when it starts getting too worldly."
"We don't have the spiritual self discipline to play Yahtzee with dice because we will wind up playing craps."
"We don't have the spiritual self discipline to use the quote "DEVILNET or SINNERNET", but Kekel does. So much for that old idea.
"We don't have the spiritual self discipline to watch DVDs but (and I'm going to break my own rule here because it makes me sick) GRANT KEKEL does."
"We don't have the spiritual self discipline to have a TV because we will wind up watching sex flicks."
"We don't have the spiritual self discipline to wear shorts (like Grant Kekel) because we will create lust in the world while lusting ourselves."
"We don't have the spiritual self discipline to let our kids play in sports (like Grant Kekel) because activities like that teach our kids to be too worldly while hanging out with worldly kids."
"We aren't spiritual enough to have too many kids over to our kids birthday party but the Kekels can have as many as they want."
"We aren't spiritual to do anything without asking permission but the Kekels don't have to ask permission for "SQUAT"."
I could go on an on but that is the only sick, sad, sorry, justification that these sorry NTCC leaders use to justify restricting the activities that we participated in while justifying people like the Kekels participating in the exact same activities.
Jeff
Let me tell you what the real deal is. It is exactly just the opposite. The Kekels are one of the few families that have little or no conscience and will stick with the NTCC after having broken every rule imaginable; and why?
ReplyDeleteBecause it has made them wealthy and they will stay with the NTCC regardless of what rules exist because no one requires them to follow the rules anyway. They get a free pass and no one "IN" the org questions them because they are RWD's kids and that is why there is nothing but pure undefined compromise throughout the entire organization. There are too many people still in the org that have heard that garbage preached for years just to watch it change.
Why should the Kekel's leave? They can do what ever they want with no consequences while enjoying all the financial benefits associated with all the positions that RWD has placed them in. The truth is most folks would probably do the same thing but that still doesn't make it right. Money can corrupt anyone.

ReplyDeleteI'm not sure if this point has already been covered but....MK has committed heresy. By NTCC's own teachings....to even hold an opinion contrary to the "Man of God", was tantamount to sinning. But this man said he "prayed, and it seemed good to God"? Come on!!!

Cindy, that is exactly right. We all heard this stuff preached against and we have not lost our minds or memory. It's insulting for the NTCC leadership to suggest that we have. The excuse that he prayed and it seemed good to God is totally bogus. Cindy, this is exactly why I have this blog. To help folks wake up out of their slumber and see the NTCC leadership exactly for what it is. Thanks for the post.
Jeff
Wake up from there slumber or as I call it. The Fog your in. You do feel like your mind is a jumbled mess. I thought I had a split personality problem. I was the person I was before ntcc and still was that person in ntcc. But they wanted me to become a "lady". Wear dresses, nylons, higheels, primp the hair(but no make-up) Want Gaundy, ugle diamond rings, fancy watches. Ignore our families. On and on. That was not me. My first step away from ntcc and out from under the fog. Was joining
ReplyDeletehttp://groups.yahoo.com/group/firstladiesministry/ Georgia is a awesome lady. I asked is there a certain way a PW is supposed to act, dress. NO,BE YOURSELF! was her reply. From then on,I started to stop being the "lady" ntcc wanted me to be. I was living a lie, trying to become there model PW!

The parakeet would be a help in the "work of God".

That's funny. It seems that many of the NTCC followers are parakeets. "Yes Sir", "No Sir", "Yes Sir", "No Sir", bauk, bauk, bauk. The NTCC has taught them to say that well.
