Barnes Is A Stone Cold Jerk

This is a picture of Barnes going berserk.
I note from a lady who visited the Jackson M.S. NTCC...
I was invited to visit a church by a long time acquaintance. She said she has been going there for 2 years and she really likes it. I went Sunday (1/30/11). The preacher was blasting rich people and all their possessions. I started looking through my bible for the scripture, "But we know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, for our sakes he became poor that we might be rich, that through his poverty we might be rich.
After I placed my Bible on the pew, the preacher came out of the pulpit with mike in hand and asked who I was. I told him. He asked my acquaintance if she had invited me. She said yes pastor. He asked me if I thought he was mean. I said "Sir, I don't know anything about you." He said you've got some opinion about me; you're looking through your bible. He stopped bending over me and stood up straight. I quoted the scripture that I had been searching for. He said I know that scripture and started walking back toward the front. Thats not what I'm talking about. You need to get your facts straight before you start challenging people. I said you came to me. He whirled around, pointed his finger at me and with mike to his mouth said, SHUT UP! in a deep and gruff voice.
I sat there a few minutes and listened to him. He went back to the pulpit and started giving his resume, saying how he has preached all over the world, and he studies his bible, and he knows what hes talking about. I told my acquaintance that I was leaving, I'm never coming back, and I'm taking my offering with me. She said softly no, no, stay. Don t go. I waited awhile longer. He never got back to the Bible. He stated, Ive got money. I put three children through college. Ive got a bank account. I got a new car backed up out there...pointing toward the parking lot. I asked her to give me a reason why I should stay after this man had told me to shut up. She started writing a note. This is my church home.
The preacher blasted her calling her by name saying, "If she is distracting you". I told her I'm leaving. I gathered my things and stood up. He blasted me again and had the congregation clap because I was leaving. I said no, let me clap because I'm leaving, y'all are making a mockery out of Jesus Christ!
I went to the guest registry and stated scratching out my name and address. A fat woman came to me huffing and puffing and said stop that. I didnt stop but told her that I didn't want my name on their registry. She was looking mean and grabbed my hand hard and said well take care of that, you need to leave. Another fat woman came to me and said ma'am you need to leave! The first one let me go. I told them not to contact me for any reason. I turned to walk away when I heard a male child running up behind me saying, You cant treat my daddy like that! I heard a man tell him sternly Boy, get back in that church! I never looked back.
I got in my car; drove to where my husband was at church. I told him all about what had happened to me. He said where is this church? Were going to see that preacher. They had no business laying a hand on you. He had no business shouting at you and telling you to shut up.
We were met outside in the rain by the assoc. pastor. My husband asked, Are you the pastor? The man said, Im the Assoc. Pastor. He said Id like to see the pastor. The man said, Hes in his study. My husband said, I want to know what happened here today, and why yall disrespected my wife. The man said, Sir no one disrespected your wife. You don't know the whole story. My husband asked three times, "What is the whole story"? The man never opened his mouth he just clenched his lips. A man in a green suite opened the door and stood there and asked my husband 3 times, Were you here with your wife today? My husband did not answer. The man told my husband that he was wrong for not answering his question. Then he said that we were on their property. I told my husband to lets go. As we were leaving I left them with this comment. This is not a church, this is a cult and I'm going to put you on blast! New Testament Christian Church located at the corner of TV Road and 5005 Barrier Place
Jackson, MS 39204 (601) 372-6137 Pastor L. C. Barnes

  1. That kind of treatment is disgraceful. Barnes is a jerk. So is Davis, Ramirez, Olson and Oberhauser. The list goes on. I don't know if Mayers has changed but if he hasn't he falls in the same category. A jerk. I absolutely can't stand these NTCC guys. I've been to Barnes church on quite a few occasions and that guy is a raving, berserk, bully bonehead. There was no cause for him to tell that woman to shut up. If it got that bad he could have kindly asked the lady to leave or just put up with her looking through her Bible or what ever else she was doing. NTCCers are notorious for wanting to jump on people who they think don't belong in their church. I've seen it happen. Many NTCC pastors are control monger, insecure, jerk bullies.

I've been talking about these guys for years. They are not men of God. They are flat out jerks who act just like the pharisees. Those two fat ladies from Barnes church were ready to string that lady up just like they strung up Jesus. Barnes crew was no more than an angry mob just like the mob who yelled at Jesus while he hung on the cross. It is disgraceful.

I've got no respect for Barnes. The NTCC is one sick, sorry group of angry goons.

  2. Jeff,

You are the third witness. I have also been to Pastor Barnes church on "quite a few occasions".

    Quite the experience.

  3. Barnes is something else. One time he talked about money for almost the whole service. He was trying to justify to his congregation why he had enough money to buy his kid a car and why he had money for this and money for that. It was apparent that there were folks in his congregation who been questioning the way he spent money being that no doubt that they'd been donating plenty of theirs.

If folks would just stop giving these NTCC crooks money it would no longer be an issue. Then Barnes would have to go out and get a real job and stop being a leach. Barnes didn't put all his kids through college. All the poor folks in his congregation did. All Barnes did was stand up behind his bully pulpit and blast a bunch of people who are stupid enough like I was to keep funding his kids college education.

Like I said. Barnes is no more than a big, fat, JERK and he needs to "SHUT UP".

  4. Jeff,

Will NTCC libel/slander this one-time visitor? She spoke truth against them, so the historic/par-for-the-course answer is...yes.

  7. I'm calling Barnes a Jerk so where are all the NTCCers chanting, "touch not mine anointed and do my prophets no harm"? They are not here. Why? Because Barnes is a jerk to treat that lady like that. Barnes is just another one of these NTCC abusers. I've witnessed entirely too many NTCC so called, "ministers" act like unleashed bullies bull dogs. Wanting to jump all over people all the time. They think they are God's chosen rebukers but they are not. They are a bunch of spoiled, high-minded, control mongers who've become a menace to society and actually they've been that way for decades.

They learned well from RWD how to become a bully pulpiteer while doing little more than bark out orders at people all the time. Barnes ain't nothing but a back yard pulpit bully.

  8. I believe there are churches where Jesus has to make a scourge of small cords and drive them all out of the temple and say, "Make not my Father's house a house of merchandise!"

You got these "pastors" going up to these people in private, getting angry at them, and asking them where their 1/10 cash money payment is at? I know of one incident where the "pastor" boasted that he approached this one person in the church and boldly asked him if he had lost his job. The reason why this "pastor" asked this person if he had lost his job was because the "pastor" had not seen any 1/10
cash money payments come in from this person recently.

Sometimes even when all of the bills are paid and the church is in a surplus of money they won't tell you.
Where is the financial disclosure? How is it that in order to continue to be a part of a "non-profit" church organization
you must continue to make 1/10th cash money payments? And can sometimes get intimidated by them if you don't pay 1/10 cash money payments?

Sortof reminded me of the scripture in II Peter 2:3, "And through covetness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you..." Every church should have complete financial transparency, financial disclosure, and a printout sitting by the door at the end of each month showing what came in and where every penny went.

  9. Hey, since we believe everything someone says about another without any verification at all let me tell you a story I heard. Tumioli once confessed that he was Homosexual. And he got kicked out of the Army (as an E6 mind you) for stealing....

Show your balance or bias. Do you accept or reject my testimony or is it simply when it is someone talking about "our" camp that you jump on the wagon?

Rev. Barns is a retired Sgt Major and one of the finest men you'll ever want to meet. One woman making an accusation in cyberspace no less should not be accepted simply because she "says" it happened. Where are the others to say he's done anything like that in the past.

  12. If he has "plenty of money" then why tell everyone they MUST PAY MANDATORY 1/10th CASH money payments to the "NON-PROFIT" church organization in order to be fully loved and accepted???

  13. Anon,if your so bold to take up for YOUR church. Why are you not as bold to identify who you are? Afraid?

IF Greg preached with a Military Marine style. I would say that is because that is how he was taught while in ntcc. rev. Mederano was my first preacher in ntcc. Genuine folks. BUT he preached like a Marine that he is. Most preachers in ntcc are former military. They do what they know and are taught and watch how others spit and spew there so called message out.

NO preacher in ntcc is an upstanding Godly preacher. They are FALSE TEACHERS!!If they teach and preach ntcc biblical policies then they are false teachers not preachers!

The men and women that do not stay in ntcc are the ones that can not stomach the bashing, rudeness that is needed to promote a ntcc church. WHY? Because folks are not going to stay at a ntcc church. Without threats, false promises that there the last hope for the world. that all else are corrupt and ntcc is NOT corrupt at all. AS IF!

    April NOT ANON!

I wonder if this ANON person really wants to open that can of worms. Since there has already been two others that have come on to concur with what this poor lady and her husband had to go through. The difference is the woman she attended with is under ntcc brainwashing fog, fear control. And the vistor that came in threated Barnes. So he acted like a BIG BULLY!He had to come down hard and harsh on this woman that threated to show the TRUTH to her friend sitting beside her. And if she had shown it to her and gotten through. Then his church member would have left. Barnes could not have that happen and LOSE a NUMBER,BODY! IF he does not need the money. Ntcc is run by numbers. Your not a true ntcc minister unless your bringing in big numbers is sucess in there eyes.

I would also tend to believe that Barnes did start spouting off his PRIDEful accomplishments. AS IF that means Gods has blessed HIM. He is the man of God. So he must know more then a lowly church folks. Keep this lady in her place. Like ntcc does to everyone that comes through there doors.

I am going to guess this ANON is a church member. Who thinks that ntcc ministers can walk on water. That they know more then she or he does concerning Gods word.
We were all in this persons place. Under the brainwashed control fog. Where we would say anything,do anything to take up for ntcc and promote the cult. can only pray that the fog will lift for this person. Let God get through when you have those nagging thoughts that something is just not right. Listen to God. He is trying to get your attention.

when I first walked into a ntcc church service in Washington. Was told that we HAD to get PERMISSION to stay with another student until we got an apartment,or to get a ride to church. THAT was the first big nagging thought that this was NOT RIGHT Should have listened to God way back then!

It's my understanding that Barnes is a retired E-8 which is respectable but not a SGM. I've been to Barnes church on and off over a 7 year period because my wife is from Mississippi. Barnes is abusive. I've listened to him preach enough times to know. He likes to call folks out in church all the time like he is some kind of judge / dictator. He's an outright abusive, control monger authoritarian. He is an "in your face" kind of guy and he acts the same way in his church and I've witnessed it. He uses his pulpit to be a bully and I've witnessed that also. He takes pride in blasting people who don't line up with his views. These aren't God's views, they're Barnes views. Once again I've witnessed him act that way up close and in person.

You may think Barnes is a fine man and that is your prerogative but I think he is an abusive jerk and I believe that he told that lady to shut up because I've seen the way he acts in person. Bottom line, he is a bully.

Once again, it's my understanding that Barnes is a retired E-8 but which ever he is, neither a retired E-8 or a retired E-9 makes that much in retirement. I know because I retired as an E-7 and unless you have an extensive disability, you won't make much in retirement as an E-7, E-8 or E-9. Barnes jumps off his church platform like he is some kind of acrobat so if he is drawing much disability, it's a lie. Barnes retirement doesn't even compare to what he brings in with his church. It's not even close.

The difference where I'm concerned is that I'm not the one running around claiming to God's last great hope for mankind. I'm also not claiming to be some kind of holy, super spiritual dude either. Barnes and his fellow NTCC cronies claim all the above while acting like a bunch of abusive, inconsiderate, spoiled bullies with a chip on their shoulder. I've listened to entirely too many NTCC pastors deliberately verbally abuse, publicly attack, and humiliate people in their churches for no other reason then either someone not agreeing with them or someone not following their absurd mandates. These guys are abusive jerks and there are many of them who act the same way and they learned it from RWD.

I've witnessed them use the same tactics, time after time after time after time after time. These guys are spoiled brats who need to have things "their way" or they throw a fit and they do it openly right in church by going berserk. I've seen this kind of conduct out of so many of them that it makes me sick. Ramirez did it. Oberhauser did it. Mayers did it. RWD did it. Hunt did it. Jones did it. Taylor did it. Spoiled bullies who abuse every pulpit they stand behind. Their pulpits are not used for spreading the good news but rather used for attacking people who don't see things their way.

I know what I'm talking about so I have no reason to doubt that Barnes acted the way the lady described. I know there is always two sides to a story but I'll guarantee that there is much truth to the ladies statement and I have no doubt that Barnes is abusive because I've personally seen him act the same way. He gets off on attacking people and flexing what authority he won't be exercising over me. He is a control freak and I don't like him.

He is spoiled so he runs around throwing his little temper tantrums and everyone is supposed to say, "Ohhhhhhh, pastor Barnes is fired up". Well not me. I say "Ohhhhhh, Barnes is an abusive, spoiled bully." Get some!

Jeff. Rev Barnes retired as an E-9. He has plenty of money to take care of his kids without the "church".

    Don and Ange said,

I knew Rev. Barnes in Korea. He was an E-5 with 17 years service.
At that time he was "grandfathered in" on the old retirement plan which allowed soldiers to retire as E-5. At that time he said that he didn't think he would make E-6 before he retired. The only way he could have made E-8 or E-9 was if he stayed in past 20 which he did not do. E-5's and E-6's were forced to retire at 20 years time in service back then. I would say that he retired as an E-5. At most I would say E-6 unless some General gave him a field promotion.

That said, He did have lots of money. There are some tightwads in the ntcc. Every time Dorsie opens his wallet George squints. I have a different perspective of Rev. Barnes than most because I knew him 23 years ago shortly after he was given a ministers license without attending bible school. He went to a couple extension classes and was an associate pastor under Marshal. We were in Korea for one year and he was very easy going and did not act like an ntcc drone. He did his own thing and never seemed to be that abusive. He was one preacher that I respected up until I heard your testimony and that of WW.

Anyone who stays in the ntcc long enough becomes abusive like RWD. I spent time with the Rodriguezes and they were a lot of fun to be around as were the Wrights for the short time I was with them. I have no respect for any of them any more. They are all brainwashed as we were. It's a travesty that RWD, like Hitler, can convince so many good people to abuse others the way they do.

Ok, ANON, you have to admit that Jeff is fair and balanced to Post your naive "Post" unlike your fearless leader who calls himself Kekel.

If Barnes is a Retired Sergeant Major, then he is just that: Retired. Like I am suppose to be intimidated because of his rank.

Did it ever occur to you that there is a reason he is retired? Nevertheless, I really could care less. If your wrong your wrong and acting wrong dont make it right. He does not affect my pay, rank, or position at all nor can influence decisions of my superiors. He is irrelevant.

By the way ANON if your going to post have the estrogen to post your name.

Barnes sooner or later is going to meet someone to SHUT HIM UP and put him in his place.

Your question where are the others is not relevant. This one woman in cyberspace gave a factual account of what happens ALL THE TIME at local NTCC churches, in various degrees of abuse, we all just got lucky and actually read a REPORTED account.

Where are the others to say he has done stuff like this in the past?

That's a stupid and biased NTCC brainwashed male statement to make. As if getting raped one time is not enough you want proof that the rapist raped in the past? Getting raped ONCE is enough to qualify a guy of being a rapist, we do not wish for repeat offenses.

By the way, for the Record Barnes' total blasting of this poor Lady will not go unnoticed nor unaccounted for.

Rev Barnes will pay a price for his actions. God is not mocked. I will not turn a blind eye on NTCC abuse anymore.

If folks in Egypt can protest for change, then so can I.

He will be held accountable for his actions!!

  23. I faithfully attended this church for over six years. Lived in the servicemens home, been to a few conferences and have even preached behind the pulpit. I left the church about 9 years ago and have not regretted it. I am still serving God to this day and I hope to start a real church one day, God willing.

I can honestly say that I believe this church is not a "cult" .. according to my definition. Some of the things they do are extreme, but remember that some of it can be found in the word of God. However, there are a few major flaws about this church that I just could no longer bear. The only way to convince the faithful folks at ntcc that they need to get out is by using the word of God against their own secret doctrine. Here are a few examples of their teaching:

One time a faithful member found flaws in this church and decided not to attend anymore. The church convinced his wife (faithful to the church) to divorce him. According to the word of God, this is WRONG!

When I was a faithful member, anyone, and I mean ANYONE that misses a church service or a bible study without a real good excuse is considered borderline with God. And if you miss two in a row, they will look down on you and will probably visit you during a "soul winning" session. The strange thing is, you will not know this and think that all is well. In other words, if you think you are a faithful member of this church and you have been visited by them without notice, they believe you are not right with God and or borderline with God. Why? They believe that if you are right with God, you will attend every single function. Yes, the Bible says to "forsake not the assembling of yourselves together", however it did not mean it literally! In other words, if the regime leaders of the church decided to have a church service every day from now on, it doesn't mean you have to attend every single time. Remember that God sets guidelines in his word, but some churches like to add to it and twist it a little to their liking. That my friend is WRONG!

They will preach loud behind the pulpit and if you are not clapping or saying "Amen" or the such, they will believe that you are probably not right with God. No where in the Bible does it state this. Why do they teach it? I have no idea.

This church also believes that "if" you are baptized in the Holy Spirit, you will speak in tongues during the process and will do so whenever you please without any interpretation from someone else. You also need to speak in tongues in front of everyone when deemed necessary in order to prove that you are baptized in the Holy Spirit. No where in the word of God does it state this! Why do they teach it then? Well, when the leader(s) of the church was baptized in the Holy Ghost and spoke in tongues, that must mean it has to happen to everyone who gets baptized in the Holy Ghost. WRONG! Again, no where in the Bible does it state this! The word of God however, does teach that there are certain gifts that God gives his children and speaking in tongues is one of them, and also prophesy and so forth.. But not everyone can receive all of these gifts. The Holy Ghost however, is a gift for everyone. Study First Corinthians chapter 12, 13, and 14. Study it well, and read it for yourself without any outside influence.

In conclusion, I truly believe some of the brothers and sisters that still attend this organization (ran by a proud and selfish regime, which I say not to slander, but instead to influence them to humble themselves and read the bible for themselves and not read it out of the eyes of the regime) are ignorantly sincere.

I have to go now, and I hope you take these things into consideration. May God be with you always!

In the word of God it also says that you will put your child to "DEATH" if he is rebellious and out of line. Are you going to do that one? Just because you help an old lady across the street does that justify you raping someone? The point being is just because you can find instances of the NTCC Cult leaders following the Bible, that in itself doesn't justify them abusing and humiliating people and all the divorces and remarriages that occur in the NTCC which are in complete opposition to the Bible. One right doesn't justify a wrong and the NTCC is wrong and certainly a cult.

We've had many discussions about cults here on this blog and from a text book definition stand point and from an evidence stand point, the NTCC in not only a cult but an abusive, destructive cult. The NTCC breaks up marriages, advocates separating parents from their children and visa versa and all because some people don't want anything to do with the NTCC and others do. The NTCC teaches and has taught for years that if you're in the NTCC you should totally break away from people who are not. The problem is, much of what the NTCC taught against they now advocate and allow, and some of these things they split up families over.

The NTCC is a harmful, destructive cult in definition and in deed.

Where in the Bible does it say that? Malachi? Well the last time I checked, (which was about 5 minutes ago) in Deuteronomy it says that if you have a son who is stubborn and rebellions you take the son and have him "STONED TO DEATH". How many times has the NTCC tried that one. Where in the New Testament does it teach tithing? Show me one conclusive scripture. The NTCC uses scriptures in their doctrinal statement from the New Testament to support tithing that have absolutely nothing to do tithing what so ever. Then they use Malachi as their only real justification in an attempt to advocate what is essentially a continuance of Old Testament Law.

So if the Old Testament is proof that during the dispensation of grace we are still under a mandate to give the church 1/10th of our income, we should also still be under a mandate to stone our rebellious and stubborn sons to death and the NTCC is full of them so lets start the stoning. How come the Ashmores didn't stone their son (Jerry Duran) to death when he went out and committed adultery with another mans wife from the church and then ran off with her? Then in Panama, the Ashmores did their best to hide evidence of a grandchild by having pictures of the child taken down that might raise questions. The DiFrancesco's are part of this triangle as well. For that matter so is the rest of the NTCC leadership. You want to talk about a Cult? The NTCC has more dirt than a land-fill and the leadership knows all about it. I've learned a lot about the NTCC because of this blog because you'd be amazed of how many phone calls I get not only from ex but current NTCC members and ministers. The NTCC is real dirty. I can't stand them.

Show me in the New Testament where it says that we must pay one tenth of our income to the church and I'll show you in the New Testament where is says you still must take your son out and have him stoned because he is rebellious and stubborn. If you want to pay tithe just like I always did while I was in the NTCC than fine, but don't try and insult my intelligence by suggesting that scriptures like 1Cor 16:2 have anything to do with tithing. They don't but yet you can still find that scripture in the NTCCs doctrinal statement in support tithing but NTCCers are too stupid figure that out and too weak to do anything about it when they do.

  32. "Anon" down in Pasadena Texas says that all Christians are commanded to pay 1/10th cash money payments to the church.

I'm sure that "Anon" in Pasadena Texas wants the whole world to be saved. So according to "Anon's" brainwashed thinking he would have the WHOLE WORLD paying 1/10th cash money payments to the church in order to be completely saved!!!

That would make the church richer than any government or federal government and of course the WHOLE WORLD would not receive any financial disclosure... "koo koo..."

I can honestly say that I believe this church is not a "cult" .. according to my definition. Some of the things they do are extreme, but remember that some of it can be found in the word of God.

    Jeff said...

I am sure if I knew what your definition of a cult was, then I would believe your definition matches. However, if your definition is true, then tell me this: Can you name a few churches that are not a cult? If so, please let me know. I am not trying to start some sort of argument here. Remember, that I also left that organization for many reasons. After I left that organization, I searched and searched for a church that preached the true word of God but was unsuccessful. Again, if you could recommend me a church that does preach the true word of God, please let me know!! Thanks!

  34. Are your tactics any different look at your adjectives to describe people... look at April's statements... sound pretty bully-like to me. Can you really throw stones if you too live in a glass house
    From ANON

As I reread what I posted. Not sure what this persons mean that I am being bully like. I am going to assume that is because there not used to the TRUTH being told. In a very straight forward blunt manner. Why hold back any puntches. When there are folks still being invited and scammed into following these false teachers.
Folks stuck in ntcc are also not used to Women being vocal and strong. they like them weak, fake smiling women.

I sir,do not tell folks Lies, twist scripture to get people into my church. Nor do I keep them in a cult with control tactics through brainwashing tatics. Bash people PUBLICALLY in a so called church service to keep them in line. I would say this lady is telling the truth. Because it happens time and time again in ntcc. That is there one way of keeping people in line. HUMILATION! Had it happen to me. I would guess that there is NO ONE in ntcc that has NOT been humilated a time or two. Oh that's right that is Just God keeping them in line. AS IF God needs a man to keep us in line!

    April
one thing I have never been called is a bully!

    Don and Ange say,

April and many others including us and you have all been misled by the ntcc. We were in an organization that believed in many double-standards; and we all have different ways of dealing with it.

For many of us we had many years of our lives invested in the ntcc with no positive outcome in our personal situations. The ntcc has been classified by many on these blogs as an abusive destructive cult; because we have suffered permanent damage in our lives as a result of our involvement in ntcc.

ntcc drew the first blood, as Jeff has said previously on the blogs. If anyone should be held to high standards, it should be the ones that preach them to us. If the ntcc would have kept their original standards and continued to preach and live them, we would not be as critical of the ntcc as we are today. It is the ntcc's blatant hypocrisy and abusive nature that causes others to mirror the ntcc behavior back at them only to show them who ntcc is and how ntcc really treats people. It is a simple yet effective technique to show what ntcc is really like.

This is not eye-for-an-eye-vengeance. It is merely a technique of showing someone how they truly are; and how they truly behave.

ntcc 'leaders' have destroyed kids' lives, and broken up marriages; and they don't deserve the privilege of being treated softly with kid-gloves. ntcc has no right to expect kid-glove treatment since they have never given it. They have no right demanding respect when they do not show respect. Calling someone "Sir" or "Ma'am" while sexually molesting their 13-15 year-old daughter is NOT RESPECT. It is pretense. It is phony. It is what ntcc uses to act religious while living like the devil.

We use strong terms to show the true nature of the ntcc beast. If there is a big, ugly, smelly bear in the room; you call it a big, ugly, smelly bear when you describe it to someone. It is what it is.

  36. April, You go, Girl! Good job defending yourself! Just because you have passion, that doesn't mean you are a bully! Let's remember here, people, ntcc is the offender here. ntcc bully-pulpiteers mock and tear down women in almost every service you sit in. The preachers out in the works all learned their bad behaviors in the ntcc seminary straight from davis, kekel, olson, ashmore, johnson, and the list goes on. It's not just what they say. It's how they say it. Rolling their eyes, insinuating that women are inferior, acting dismissively, blowing-off a woman's suggestion as if she is too stupid to do anything other than being bare-foot and barren in the kitchen. All these bad behaviors are learned from the "men of Gawd" at the very top of ntcc. Look at davis impatiently yelling "Mother!" when verna hasn't moved quick enough to suit his fancy. People have more courtesy for their dogs! But watch and you will see that same behavior being imitated by most (not all) of the ntcc ministers around the globe. It should shock people to see such rudeness; but in the ntcc we all became numb to it because it is so prevalent! We're so glad April took the time to defend herself! She is not a bully. She is a Christian Mom standing up for those who haven't yet realized that they too have a voice; and they do not deserve to be bullied, belittle, or bashed from the ntcc pulpit!

Semper Fi! Because April is, as the motto means "Always Faithful". She is keeping true to what she believes, no matter the cost. She is willing to fight for those who are not able or willing to fight for themselves. Once a Marine, always a Marine. (smile) Good job and keep up the good fight! It is in keeping with the scripture to earnestly contend for the faith; delivering souls from oppressors who would fleece God's flock and deprive them of all, even a drink of water, by fouling the residue, as the ntcc loves to do. It's not enough that you live in the servicemen's home, pay tithes, give offerings, pay pledges, and budget offerings. And sacrifice every career and dream and hope. Now we want you to get snipped, only talk to who we want, and wind up single so we can accuse you of being gay. Wind up being broke and broken so we can say it was your fault, your spending habits, blah, blah, blah. But that is another post!

    Carry on, Christian Mom!

    Don and Ange

  38. Sounds more like a Mafia family than an ecclesiastical one. If you're trying to change peoples' minds about your dad, this isn't the way to go about it.
