Recently we learned that a former NTCC lay pastor by the name of Kelly Merz, murdered a women in an apartment that is owned by Mr. Merz ex-wife, Cherlyn Merz. Information surrounding this tragedy can be found by clicking on the below linked Mountain News - WA article.
The interesting part of the article has nothing to do with the murder. It has to do with Cherlyn Merz association with the NTCC and more specifically R.W. Davis. It was reported in the article that the NTCC sends Ms. Merz a steady supply of tenants from the NTCC. The article also said that RWD instructed NTCC students, who felt they could buy a house should do so through Mrs. Merz. My question is why? Who is Ms Merz to RWD?
Ms Merz left the NTCC years ago so why would the NTCC send her a steady supply of tenants? The article said that Ms. Merz at some point in time paid tithe to the NTCC, no doubt from her real estate business proceeds. First off, why did the NTCC leadership condone Ms Merz having a job when it is commonly taught that it's a sin for a women to work? She would be considered a sinner according to the NTCC leadership by all accounts. So being that she would clearly be considered a sinner by the NTCC leadership, why would the NTCC support her sinful endeavors by providing her with a steady supply of tenants? The only logical answer is quid pro quo, (you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours).
RWD doesn't own enough rental properties to rent to and make extra money off of all the NTCCers in graham and not only that some NTCCers have no desire to rent from RWD anyway. So what is the next best solution. Send them to rent from someone who would pay tithe to the NTCC on all the proceeds. Quid pro quo. Doesn't matter if it's a woman. You Sisters are really getting played if you don't get a job now with all this information. Not only that, Ms Merz could use the tithe as a tax write off. Then, even though Mr. and Mrs Merz got divorced she could still use her ex husband (Kelly Merz) to maintain her properties while he delivered pizza on the side for extra money. Sounds like old Kelly Merz was getting used by everyone. NTCC gets extra money from an NTCC qoute "sinner" woman who shouldn't have ever had a job in the first place (according to NTCC commonly known standards) and Ms Merz would be provided an endless supply of tenants, compliments RWD and the NTCC. Forget holiness or abstaining from the very appearance of evil. This agreement will work.
So Kelly Merz was being used and so was everyone who the NTCC sent to rent from Ms. Merz. You better believe that somehow the NTCC and or RWD got kickbacks in some form or fashion from Ms. Merz or Ms Merz had something on RWD and a constant flow of tenants was simply used to keep her mouth shut, one or the other. The NTCC wouldn't send NTCCers to rent from an EXNTCC SINNER WOMAN if somehow it didn't benefit them. Not only that, Kelly, who was no longer a member of the NTCC was constantly associated with the NTCC tenants because he was the maintenance man. Why would the NTCC leadership want that when you know they constantly try and keep their faithful people away from exNTCCers. Sounds fishy to me? If it swims like a fish and smells like a fish then you better believe it's fishy for a reason.
You know what, I'm sick of not getting a piece of the cash from all these suckers. I need to go to Graham and buy a few four-plexes and then here is what I'll do. Contact Kekel and tell him if RWD will send me a constant supply of tenants to rent from me, I'll take down this blog for good and leave no trace and I'll pay his org tithe so I can have a good tax write off. Believe me this blog costs the NTCC a lot of money. There is no telling how many NTCCers have left the org and how much tithe they've lost as the direct result of this blog.

Call me with a monetary figure and if it sounds good, this blog will be gone and I'll never post another message for good. NTCC tithe payer money hard at work. Quid pro quo. I only accept cash, you know like RWD on his rental properties. That way no one would ever be able to prove the NTCC paid me to take this blog down and I'd never admit it.
Mr. Kekel, don't worry about your people getting suspicious when this blog is gone because I openly made such an offer right here. Give them some ridiculous explanation for why my blog got coincidentally taken down right after I made this offer. Tell them that the Lord warned me in a dream or something. In fact here is a good plan. Prophesy to the church saying, "The Lord told me by sunrise this Friday, Jeff Collins blog would be gone forever" and then send me the money. I'll take it down by Friday 6:00am on the money, they'll buy off on it, you'll be a great prophet and I'll get paid and you won't have to worry about this blog tormenting you anymore. Quid pro quo.

They bought off on Olson's most ridiculous explanation of the land deal where the NTCC donated you and Mrs. Kekel 39 acres of land valued in 2008 at $373,000 dollars. Calling it a world missions offering is a great idea because the world missions fund has always been a big slush fund. I remember that they would tally up the world missions pledges during conference like it was a Jerry Lewis telethon. They came up with some pretty big totals if I remember correctly. I have not heard any ministers report that they got much of anything from R-dub when overseas. Surely they have socked away some of that money and we should be able to get our hands on a pretty big chunk of it.

There was a man who worked for the merz, he had a painting business but the name escapes me, granguer or similar to that, but he was a person that helped the merz with their plexes.
Another lady that was working for ms. merz doing some office type of work was a lady named sister powell. She was attending the bible school at the time or just a member of the graham church. She was single and had 2 boys.
I don't know if these people are still around.
Some of the info that people know is just things that people will say here and there, because there is some type of code of silence on the business deals that go on in graham.
I remeber asking a couple who had been in ntcc many years about why they didn't rent from the org. and they stated that the rent was very high and they couldn't afford it. Plus there was a waiting list, and things you had to abide by in order to live in those apartments or manufactured homes in graham.
Go figure!
Cherlyn was quick to say that there were no mental issues with Kelly when he was described by others as having emotional or cognitive impairments. While none considered him dangerous others said he was slow, had mental problems or was disturbed in some way, something was not right with him, he stuttered and was child like and compulsive, while they also said he was mild mannered and harmless. How would it be possible that his former wife of 20 years that employs him and
lives in the apartments that she owns not realize that he has mental issues when everyone else did?
Years after leaving the organization Cherlyn has a business relationship with the founder of an organization that teaches women aren't supposed to work. Also the ntcc has never been an advocate of it's own members having anything to do with X-members of their organization. If you are an X-member of the ntcc, you are considered a complete reject, people are told to have nothing to do with you and after all how can light and darkness dwell together? One has to go. In my thirteen years of affiliation with this organization I have never seen one exception to this rule.
Something that I realized when I put the last names of the people that somehow had something to do with the business of ms. merz,is that I didn't know their first names. This is another peculiarity in the ntcc. For some reason we addressed people by their last name only.
It is quite weird now that I think of it.
All this is like an onion, the more layers you keep peeling off the more it stinks.
Well, so far the NTCC "Deflector Shields" have held in place and no real significant damage has been done to their empire. What I mean by significant damage is something happening that has the ability to blow their cover and destroy the Real Estate Company and reduce them to rubble. I don't know if even this is going to be enough, But we shall see what the Prosecuting Attorney is able to come up with. Perhaps he/she will find something worth going after as far as New Testament Real Estate Holding Company is concerned but I'm not going to get overly optimistic.
I know this.....They really don't like the attention that they are getting. You don't have to be a Prophet to figure that one out.

For the record: There is nothing wrong with buying property to sell or rent. There is no problem with that at all. The problem with the way the NTCC is doing it is that they persuade people to move to Graham Washington and it has nothing to do with "Holiness".
Why do you think they bring so many people back to Graham after they've already left? Constant income for all the landlords and constant tithe for the Graham church. It has nothing to do with re-training or Christianity. You are their income and there is no doubt. What is so despicable is that these NTCC leaders and these other landlords target NTCC church members and ministers. Buy property and rent to NTCCers and start a business and hire NTCCers, and who gets rich? Not the NTCC renter or buyer. Landlords like Merz or RWD and business owners like Gezang. And the sad part is these NTCCers for the most part stay broke while all these other people make money off them. You NTCCers are getting pimped and that is the truth. I ain't lost nothing in Graham Washington.

I was in a conference when rwd said that we were not going to make merchandise of the church.
We were taught in bible school not to do any business with the members or people from church, but then if you are in graham, then it's okay if you get permission from the top.
No wonder people get all messed up because first is not alright then it's alright in certain instances and then kekel comes and says that those were old rules.
All these facts that have come to light like the moreno tragic ending makes me wonder if that is why jake espinoza has been invited to preach in key events. One of them not long ago like the spring conference.

This is so disturbing!! Let it be known that the LORD IS SOON TO RETURN. With that being said, God is shaking things up. This may be the beginning of the end for NTCC. If it is then it will happen very slow before your eyes. Sadly there are those who won't get out before it happens and will be part of the ruins.
When we don't listen to the voice then God allows the pain.
This has happened in such greats as PTL, the ORU scandals, WV Grant, Larry Lea, New Birth, and a great many others. When our eyes leave the call of God, and become fixed on money and things disaster is sure to follow. We all need money but, let money have it's place. It's place is not before God. GOD HELP US! I have read blog, after blog, after blog, and I feel a very bad feeling about what is going on at NTCC. You can only put so much pressure on anything before it breaks. My Brothers and my Sisters we must realize that God is not the author of confusion. There is a great deal of confusion going on in the NTCC camp. When there are people leaving in discontent, discouragement, fear, and disappointment. That certainly is not the workings of God. If someone leaves they should lay hands on them and bless them and let them know that they have a home if they ever want to return. This is what the father did for the prodigal son. This is not the case with NTCC. Jesus said, if is better to hang a milstone around your neck and fall head long, than to offend one of His own. If Mr Merz was doing things against the church and God, our job is to restore. But, now someone is dead because someone would not love that brother back into the Kingdom of God. My heart goes out to everyone effected by this tragedy.
This is not what God's church is supposed to look like or be like. Oh yea, let me add NTCC... Stop this foolishness of interracial couples hindering the ministry and work of God. This is far from truth. There is no scripture that can be given for that nonsense. If you would research you would find that all of us are mixed with other races!! Amen somebody. There are couples right now that have strong ministries that are interracial. If you truly preach the Gospel they don't care what your color is. Let me remind you of Phillip when he preached the gospel to the Ethopian eunuch. Love has no color. When missionaries are left to fend for themselves and their families on foreign soil and no financial support is given or very little. That is not God! The church I attend raises over 1million dollars for missions and everyone of them is supported with those funds. But, NTCC has is reputation of not being as generous.
No one should ever have such terrible things to say about a church organization and it's follower. Everyone can't be telling the same lie.
Everyone take heart... This will only go one for so long before God says enough. He is giving NTCC space to change and if they don't there will be things happening that you will be very surprised at.

What does Rev. Gezang do in the org, I am curious, I understand he owns many homes inside the fence, I also know he is the builder, is this so? Is he a millionaire too? I went to church with him for years, he NEVER said a word to me, his wife would say hi sometimes. This, I felt was odd. Brothers and sisters in the Lord? Should you not be friendly to all. Actions speak louder than words.

He does what RW tells him to do, without question or hesitation. It's the most valued quality an NTCC minister can ever possess.
I would imagine Gezang is worth a lot of money. I don't know for certain but if I were to guess, I'd say his is a millionaire. If he is not, RWD is using him more than I thought. Gezang is RWDs Bob the builder. Buddy, the NTCC is not a church, it's a business disguised as a church and the suckers are the ones who fund the business. The NTCC is about one thing and one thing only and it ain't holiness and it ain't souls. It's about accumulating real estate, purchasing, constructing, and renting buildings. They rent to everyone to include their own ministers.
It is a big money making scheme, point blank, bottom line end of story. RWD could care less about souls. He don't care about you, your family or anyone else other than his family.
Once again, whatever. A lot of people in the NTCC don't believe me but that is their problem not mine because they are the ones being used. I just get the word out; what they do with it is up to them.

Another question, other than Tanya what other women teach in the seminary? What does Tanya teach in seminary? How to dress like a Christian lady? I have noticed after the women start seminary, they go from dressing somewhat normally, not frumpy to dressing like frumpy frans. Sorry, I don't mean to sound mean but it is the truth. Meanwhile, Tanya wears tight knit dresses and designer shoes and Brahmin handbags. I understand seminary women don't probably have much money, but do they really teach women to dress like my Grandmother.

Yes they teach women to dress like your grandmother. All the while they are teaching that, the wives of certain NTCC pastors and overseers are wearing toe nail and finger nail polish, makeup, (to cover their rosy cheeks), jewelry on their clothing, (they teach that it's not a sin to wear jewelry on your cloths but it is sin when you wear it on your skin), spandex tights, and tight dresses and skirts.
They are a bunch of hypocrites. Everything is a big modesty issue until the leaders feel like breaking the rules and then they insult your intelligence by saying they never taught that junk, or the rules only applied to students. NTCC leaders are the most low down hypocritical people you'll ever know. They put out all these rules and then they systematically break everyone of them. Then they deny ever teaching them. These guys suck.

I lived in the apt next door to where the murder took place for 5 years and saw Kelly on a regular basis during that time. I told Bruce Smith that Cheryln was still a church member after their divorce contrary to what was reported. If Cheryln told him she was not, it was simply an attempt to protect NTCC.
After I left ntcc I still lived in her apt for awhile. Kelly and Cheryln attended NTCC on their schedule and Cheryln was still referring some of her tenants with children that I was home and could babysit them while they attended classes etc. So I had to clear up with one of the tenants that I had no desire or obligation to babysit their children so they could attend the NTCC seminary.
