Why Do So Many NTCC Pastors Drive A Car That Is A Complete Piece Of Junk?

I was just talking to friend who is also an exNTCCer, and we began to get into a discussion about automobiles. As we discussed this topic we began to remember instances of NTCC pastors driving vehicles that were complete, unreliable pieces of garbage. Why? I know that for years RWD has taught that it is a complete waist of money to buy new vehicles because of depreciation.

Well I have a Toyota Corolla that I bought brand new, which now has very close to 300,000 miles on it. It is in very nice shape, original engine and transmission both of which are very strong with never a leak from either. Do you think I got my money out of it? Who ever thinks I haven't is an idiot. I got free oil changes from the dealership for the first 200,000 miles every three thousand miles. That is almost a $1700 savings right there. The car has never broke down on me ONE TIME.

What is my point here? I can't tell you how many times I've seen an NTCC pastor with an old broke down vehicle that they bought used. Transmission problems, electrical problems and on and on and on. What is peace of mind worth to someone? Why did NTCC pastors have to be so broke that they could only afford to drive an old vehicle that had more mechanical problems than sewer has rats. Just about every NTCC pastor that I ever had owned a piece of junk. I would say everyone but I don't remember out of the six what the second one drove. All the rest had junk. I don't remember any of them with a vehicle that just didn't have any problems. I'm not talking small stuff, I'm talking major stuff. I can remember three of them right off the top of my head who had vehicles with transmission problems and buddy that is a problem. Can you spell tow truck and junk yard?

I know why they drove junk. Because the NTCC kept them with a poor house mentality. They drove junk and thought little of it because a substantial number of their comrades drove junk and it simply seemed good to them. It became the standard or the norm, and buying a new car was taboo in the NTCC. Don't get me wrong; there is nothing wrong with buying a good used car but the junk that I saw these NTCC pastors driving took it to a whole different level. Prove that I'm lying and I'll pull this whole thread down and delete it. Folks driving 3 and 4 hundred$ sweat boxes with no AC while poor little Joey (who didn't ask to be in his predicament) rides in the back drenched in his own sweat. You treat your own family and children like that? I'm glad I'm not your kid. If you would just stop for a moment and think about what I'm writing you could change but the NTCC has your brain so far up in the clouds that you've never come back down to earth, so just keep DOGGING our your own family while you do no more than take care of Kekel's. Once again RWD was riding fat while the whole time half of his ministers or more were riding on no more than the hope that their piece of junk wouldn't break down before they got to their next location. Unfortunately their cars often did break down with no hope of repair and the end result was yet another piece of junk towed to the junk yard while RWD and the Kekel were both riding fat.

Well baby I still drive my ever reliable Corolla with nice cold AC, and a Camry that I picked up which runs quite nicely, (nothing wrong with having three cars; my daughter is getting ready to start driving anyway) and my wife drives around in a brand new 2009 with factory Pioneer sound, MP3 and ipod connections built in, tire pressure monitoring system, vehicle stability control, traction control, 4 wheel anti lock breaks with electronic brake force distribution and brake assist, with front and side curtain airbags, fog lamps and projector beam head lights to see good at night while driving on these dark country roads. Safety baby, and my wife and kids deserve nothing less. Air so cold it will blow you right out. There are no guarantees in life but at least I know that I put my best foot forward in trying to keep my family safe on these busy roads. Insurance Institute for Highway Safety Top Pick and number one in Consumer Reports for reliability. Another brand new car built by the wonderful Toyota Motor Corporation. You can buy those old junk gas guzzling Cadillac's that were built by bankrupt GMC who had to get about three bailouts if you want to just so you can impress old RWD. I'll try to put yet another $300,000 miles on my TOYOTA and it will probably still out last your Cadillac. You can have your loving family and kids running around in an unsafe pile of junk if you want to while RWD is riding fat but as for me and more specifically my family, they deserve better than that. If it is good enough for the Davis's and Kekel's, it's good enough for my family. I'm talking about having nice stuff. If you don't think your family deserves nice stuff like RWD and the Kekel's that is your problem.

Unfortunately it is ultimately your wife and kids who are suffering while the Kekel's pockets just get fatter and while GK get's more nice things daily. I saw the pictures of Kekel's house on his website; real nice. You can't fault the man for making sure his family is taken care of and he doesn't care what he has to do to make it happen. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know the guy fleeces the sheep and he twist things all around to fit his agenda but he's got his family living good while a good bunch of his ministers have been driving pieces of JUNK for years and getting their families stranded. I'll bet GK has never been stranded? I'll bet Tanya has never been stranded? Come on now; can I "really" blame Kekel for taking "real good" care of his family just because I'm too blind to stop filling his pockets while mine are empty? GK has everything; the best education (about $20.000 a year), great sports participation which builds competitiveness, the nicest electronics, a foosball table, basket ball court, ping pong table, trips to Canada; man the list must go on and on and maid service compliments of NTCC wives which put their name on a never ending list to go and clean the Kekels house and do their laundry and pick their weeds. Wow, wow, wow!!!! How does it feel to get pimped? I'm done with it. Now I take care of my family and if I have to work extra hours to make it happen then so be it and I don't have to worry about some NTCC crook like Kekel laying some guilt trip on me because I work a lot of hours to take care of my family. If I die today, my family is WELL taken care of, BELIEVE IT!!!

Crooks or not, the Kekels aren't hurting for anything and they've "never" had to worry about where their next dollar was going to come from. How many of you NTCC ministers can make that claim? Some but few. You will never stop worrying about money and your old broke down car, as long as the only thing that you ever work for is RWD's organization because it's not Gods organization. Remember the 39 acres baby. Chances are if you don't marry into wealth in the NTCC, you'll be driving a old broke down car like just about every NTCC pastor that I ever had. Start taking care of your family and stop allowing the NTCC's ridiculous schedule to prevent you from doing it. If you don't provide for your own and especially for those of your own house, the Bible says you are worse than an infidel. You can think you are saved if you want but the Bible tells a different story my friend. I would rather die with fat pockets having worked for a living and risk going to hell then die having not taken care of my family and guarantee that hell is where I'm headed because according to the Bible I'm worse than an infidel.

You're going to heaven hey? Only if Paul didn't have it right with Timothy about you being worse than an infidel in 1Tim 5.8. How in the world are you going to heaven if you are worse than an infidel? NTCC folks are going to see a whole bunch of hard working folks in heaven, who made an "HONEST" living here on earth while they themselves are cast out because they let the NTCC play them like Old Sammy the Sausage Head. Old Willie Nillie sitting back broke while the Kekels pockets just get fatter off of all your long years of hard work. Ha!!!

Does anyone wonder why I take such an up in your face approach here on this blog?

Because NTCC pastors have been taking that approach from behind their pulpit for decades and it feels right good to give them a good dose of their own medicine.

What year is your Corolla Jeff?

I know that I wouldn't mind getting a Corolla or Camary in the future. My hubby wants a hybrid only because he thinks they are cool.
In Germany he wanted a Mini Coop and a Smart car but I guess he forgot about those...lol.

I enjoy talking about cars / trucks, I enjoy learning about various ones from people who own or have owned them.

Anyone own an F-150 or 250 (truck)? Your thoughts on it? Are they too much of a gas eater?

Jeff,

I could write an entire BOOK on the "Junk Cars of NTCC", including the ones I drove. And alot of those people drove them to conferences (or attempted to drive them to conferences. Because they couldn't afford to fly and they either drove or RWD said they'd have to turn in their licenses!).

Now I know some blowhard ntcc preacher like Briggs will say, "They drove junk cars because they just weren't a LEADER!!" Yeah right! They drove junk cars, because they are so poor as a minister (trying to support a family on one income, plus offerings, mandatory tithe, and going to every conference) that there is no money left for a decent car.

One of the first things I did after leaving ntcc was to buy a NEW car. Of course, since leaving ntcc the blessings have flowed in so I could AFFORD to finally buy one. I love it. No more breaking down on the highway, everything works, and I have peace of mind. Well worth the price. I'll try to write more on this subject later-- because, believe me-- I've got enopugh stories to fill a book!

What gets me is that these people you are talking about used to get on the pulpit at conference and preach to us and sing to us about how we needed to put God first.
mck would always preach at the end of the conference and would go on and on of how he had everything he had because he was a hard worker and he was a savy saver of his money. Then tk would stand up and sing to us songs that would talk about us to go out and leave everything behind to work in the vineyard of the Lord.
Everything was about us sacrifi-cing for God and on and so forth and then they would shoo us away at the end of the conference (just turned the lights off, how rude!) and gave us a little fake smile and a little pat on the back and off we would go to our respective works to try to make it happen, which never really did happen because we were from hand to mouth most of the time. Trying to make it with the meager salary of the husband and then the church had to be taken care of first. Your family's needs came last. What a sad situation!

First: HI Dawn. Good to hear from you. I hope everything is going fine. My Corolla is a 2001 that I bought new at the end of 2000. Drove it a lot to say the least. It's the best car that I've ever owned. I put about 80,000 miles on it the first year that I owned it because of a long commute to work daily.

I'm not a big fan of American built vehicles but I must say that Ford has made a pretty good pickup truck with the F150 and F250. You probably know that I sold new Toyota's for about 4 years and as a result I happen to know a good deal about many different brands and models. The Ford F150 was the number 1 selling vehicle in America in 2008. It out sold the Toyota Camry but not by much.

The Toyota has been the number 1 selling midsized sedan in America for 12 out of the last 13 years. The Corolla has been the number 2 best selling car in America behind only the Camry for a few years now. Toyota currently makes the best cars built according to consumer reports ranked highest for reliability just edging out Honda. Honda edged out Toyota last year and visa versa the year before. Toyota and Honda without doubt make the finest automobiles built for daily consumer use.

That fact cannot be disputed by any educated intelligent individual. The data stands clear.

Later Dawn and good to hear from you.

Jeff said...

blovd that is a sad situation and that is why this blog exists. While you were living from hand to mouth, the Kekels just continued to get richer and richer off of all your labor. It's a sick circle. In many ways the NTCC is set up just like the Catholic church. Catholic priest don't own any church property and neither do NTCC pastors but RWD owns the entire NTCC and that is why he can put land in the churches name and then give the church land away to Kekel.

Almost 40 acres valued in excess of $373,000 dollars. RWD may have bought it but that proves who controls all the NTCC church property and they can give it to whoever they want or sell the property and redistribute the money. When RWD dies and Kekel dies then all your hard work just came under the direct control of Grant Kekel. It's a corporation and someone must be in control of it and it's obvious with the 39 acre land deal that church property can be redistributed to private parties.

So folks with that knowledge, you are indirectly working for Grant Kekel the athlete and academy scholar and you are paying for his $20,000 a year education. That should give anyone a wake-up call but it won't because the NTCC is full of yes men otherwise known as company men as pastor Hunt put it. He said openly in church that he was a company man. I like the dude but that is quite sickening. I wouldn't want to consider myself and NTCC flunky company man.

You NTCC folks are indirectly working for a teenager. Mike Kekel's son is the rightful heir to the corporate empire. Kekel might as well rename his son Solomon son of David because he is going to inherit the throne or certainly the riches that go along with it. He has already done it with his $20,000 a year education. Kekel's probably spent over $200,000 just on his sons K thru 12 grade education. That is NTCC money hard at work. Are you guys complete idiots? Can't you see that? All that tithe money and all those offerings funneling into the education of RWD's grandson? You see I didn't know that while I was in the NTCC. I guess I never considered such issues or maybe would have guessed that GK went to a public school or something but I never would have guessed that K - 12 grade education cost upwards of $200,000!!!!!! Just go to Charles Wright Academy and look at the cost of tuition and then add it all up. I'm not making this stuff up. That is a big chunk of money. You guys are idiots for allowing your family to go without while you work your tail off so the Kekels can prosper. Are you guys too blind to see that?

Jeff,

It's interesting that RWD constantly promotes Cadillac as the best car ever-- yet it is constantly at the BOTTOM for quality and reliability. Plus they suck gas. He is constantly giving bad advice.

GK has never been in a public school. Has always attended private schools. From New Hope to this Wright school.

My DD went to New Hope for a while. It is a great school. But they have there negative aspects as well. No school is perfect. I used to be afraid of public schools for my child. Which was stupid,I attend a public school. I freaked out about what would I do about Gym class,or movie's in class,or parties. I got great advice from a great lady. Don't set my child apart from her class. She will know what is right and what is wrong.

My DD is now in public school and will finish in public school and go onto a college of her choice! And NOT GET MARRIED off at 16-18 years old. That was one of my greatest fears was she would HAVE to get married to some boring preacher and that would be the END of her life! Now she has freedom to choose from so much!!!! Just GK has choices. My Daughter has choice's!!!

My kids were born and raised in ntcc. They always went to public school with no problems. It was actually a positive experience. One of my children now goes to a university and is doing well. My other kid attends an elite private academy that is ranked alot higher than Grant's-- and get this-- she goes for FREE! That's a $20,000/yr education for free.

Why? Because I left ntcc and good things have been happening. I'm telling you-- if you leave ntcc the blessings will start flowing in.

Anonymous said...

I forgot to add that my kid goes to this academy, and I didn't have to swindle and guilt trip people out of their money to fund it. I always did the right thing, and treated people right, and now I'm being blessed because of it.

The fact that ntcc pastors think they have to guilt-trip people, trick people, or outright steal from people just shows that they have NO FAITH in God to bless them whatsoever.

I remember some brothers went out and each got newer cars. They got tired of always having to spend money in fixing their old cars. If it was not the alternator it was the water pump and the battery and so on and so forth. When the overseer came through he was a little overwhelmed because he was asking the pastor about how it was that these 2 workers would get into debt with these vehicles.

I guess rwd learned the lesson well when he used to preach in the evangelistic field for the pentecostal churches, his famous quote about this period in his life, talking about how the people of the churches he ministered at treated him: "We'll keep'm poor, it'll keep'm humble."

I know RWD was raised poor and probably went through poor times as a pentecostal preacher. The thing I don't understand is why he doesn't seem to want his ministers to do well. It seems to me he does everything in his power to keep everyone in his church poor. I don't understand this, because as a parent you want your kids to do better than you did and not have to suffer like you did. Yet RWD does just the opposite, which is he doesn't want anyone doing better than he is. To me this sends a signal that he doesn't love or really care about people-- especially people who have given all to follow him. Now, he will take care of a few loyalists like Olson and Gesang (and of course the Kekels are handed everything on a silver platter. Does anybody really think the Kekel's would be willing to sell everything they have and go pioneer a church with a used car and few dollars in their pocket like everyone else has had to do? No way!).

Look at the lives of RW loyalists like Johnson and Olson-- they really don't have too much. Olson still lives in the same house and has basically the same furniture he did 10 years ago. Besides his RV (which I'm not sure he paid for) and his older model Cadillac, he doesn't appear to have alot of money.

Rev. Johnson lives pretty simply, and doesn't even own a car. He is always fixing up older vehicles. I don't see wealth in his life either.

Gesang has done well for himself, but I'm not convinced he made his money from the church. He has his construction company, which has ONE customer- RWD. He also sells antiques and other things on the side.

My point is that if you really look at it-- only Davis and Kekel are the ones with the money. Olson, Johnson and Gesang-- who have given their entire lives to being yes-men for RWD and promoting his every cause-- seem to have nothing to show for it.

Let's talk about the junk cars of ntcc. My first pastor drove a piece of junk Mercury Monarch. My brother (who was not in ntcc) completely tore the engine apart and fixed it for free one day. My next pastor also had a piece of junk car. I drove a car better than they did. When I went to their bible school almost everyone drove junk cars. By junk cars I mean cars that broke down all the time. Because I was poor all the time in ntcc I was forced to drive junk cars to. It was humiliating and your car would break down and cause you to miss church, and then you had the preacher humiliating you in front of everyone.

The reason most people are so poor in ntcc is because you are required to be at EVERY church event-- sometimes 7 days a week. The only job you can find that fits that schedule are low paying jobs like construction and security guard that allow you to have a flexible schedule. The result is you live in a cheap apartment and drive a cheap car. To make matters worse, you are required to go to every conference in Missouri. That is a 2400 mile round-trip if you go from Washington State. Since few have the money to fly (or even have a credit card to book it), they are forced to drive. Driving requires you to take a week off of work (so you lose a weeks pay which really messes you up), and some people even lose their jobs. I've lost mine before. And sometimes your junk car just can't handle the trip and breaks down-- and here you are with NO money and a broke down car in the middle of nowhere. I've been there, so I know how stressful it is. Then when you finally get to conference, RWD decides to humilate you in front of hundreds by saying you're not a leader for driving a junk car. (I'm telling you-- it's a vicious cycle). Thank God I'm gone!!!

One last thing-- this has got me thinking about a couple that is still in ntcc, and whom I really admire and care for. My and him fixed alot of junk cars together. One of my junk cars broke, he tried to fix it, and it got towed away. I had to sign the car over to the tow-truck company. I don't hold it against him in any way. He felt so bad about it he gave me his old Fiat when he went out to start a church. (I'm dropping clues here). That Fiat leaked oil like a sieve, the clutch cable broke all the time, the shifter would fall off, plus it was one of the UGLIEST cars ever made!! lol

But I want you to know I have great memories of our times together, and I still consider you a good friend. I hope you and your wife will one day leave ntcc, because you two are one of the rare good people in ntcc and you guys deserve better. Take care.

"What year is your Corolla Jeff?"

I still have faith in American cars Jeff! My husband and I bought a mid-ninety Ford brand spanking new.

Of course we heard about it from the pulpit! That car took us over 200,000 miles(guess where we got most of the miles from? Soul winning!) no problems!

We watched brother after brother struggle, with their hoop-dees...or barely fixing them and passing it to another brother(sucker)!

I've driven alot of different cars and also rented alot of different cars. It hasn't seemed to me that foreign cars were necessarily better than American. I currently drive American and really enjoy my car. No problems. In my opinion they both make good and bad cars. I drove a Range Rover recently and really liked it (I don't like the price though $$). Just have to do your homework. One of these days I'll have to try a Lamborgini.....

I have a Kia right now and that car has been so good to me. Never had any major problems. Just normal maintence stuff that has to be done. I am currently saving to buy another car (hubby is gonna get the kia). Yes I said saving. I don't do payment plans. If I stick to my guns I'll have more then enough money in 2 years to buy a car outright. I don't do payment plans. I just haven't decided if I want to stick with Kia or not yet. I do know I am not going to buy a sedan at all. or any car that is low to the ground. I like to see the road when I am driving and I don't like to feel like my butt is dragging on it (which is why I hate sedans) It's either going to be a truck or one of the smaller sized SUV's that are coming out now. Any thoughts Jeff?

I bought my Kia when I was still in NTCC. I didn't really have a choice the Chevy Cavalier (crap car no matter how well I took care of it it was always breaking down) that was totaled when I got rear ended at a red light...And I didn't want to buy a used car because I didn't want to deal with having the stupid thing repaired everytime I turned around. And at the time the Kia I bought was the best deal and the safest mini van on the road. I left the lot owning it. LIke I said I don't do payment plans. You end up spending 8 to 10k more for a car when you do a payment plan. And I know some people say they can't afford to buy a car outright. But you can if you decide to diligently set a certain amount in a high yeild savings account out of each paycheck. It won't take you long to save up money to buy a new car and own it off the lot. Unless you are wanting to buy a car that costs over 20,000 then your gonna be saving for a while.

Dawn said...

Angie,

We have a '03 Cavalier and that car has been good to us. Has 67,000 miles on it.
We are saving money up though to get it fixed.
In July we got caught in a flash flood and lo and behold our car ended up floating down the street...lol.
The water damage destroyed the motor, so we'll save $6,000 to get a new one put in because the car has been paid for for a few years and ran fine till then.

Obviously we had to go car shopping after that incident for something to drive in the mean time and we got a used '08 Mazda3. It's a fun car...just don't care for the payments each month. But we took out a full coverage warranty on it so if it gets damaged, burglarized, stolen, etc, it's all covered. =)
We took off full coverage on the Cavalier once we got done paying for it and switched to liability.

We live and learn, that's all I'm saying. =)

Hello everyone...

Is there really anything that is as we say, "American made" anymore? I think that our economy is so Global that if all the cars that are considered "American Made" in this day and age were to have the foreign parts taken off of them they wouldn't run. At one time when I was really into Car restoration I had a 51 Ford, a 53,60 and 64 Chrysler Imperials as well as assorted other Cars.

Baby.......Now THAT'S about as American as you can get!

Jeff said...

Smaller SUV's: Honda Pilot or CRV, Toyota Rav4 or Highlander, Subaru Forester. Bottom line! The buck stops with those vehicles in that class. The Subaru is very good and worth serious consideration but consider service costs with the Subaru.

Trucks: All the auto manufactures make some good trucks but here is some good info. Nothing other than half ton from Ford and GMC/Chevy, F150 & Silvardo. Don't even consider their small trucks. Nothing other than the Frontier from Nissan because the Titan is the most unreliable half ton truck built. All the Toyota's are good trucks and I'm not just saying that because I worked for Toyota. Stay away from the Dodges altogether because the other manufactures simply make better trucks.

Trust me with these picks. I was in the car business for about 4 years and I was good at it. I saw which vehicles had problems and which ones were "MORE" reliable and built better. That doesn't mean all Nissan Titan's are bad or all Dodge pickups are bad either but they were more problematic than the others by far. Ford makes a good half ton but a lousy midsize and it's the same with GMC but the Nissan midsize (Frontier) is one of the best trucks built.

Have a good one,
Jeff

Jeff,

This junk car mentality is just a symptom of the poverty the majority of ntcc ministers (and alot of their church members) live in. This lack of money causes them to have to shop at thrift stores, food outlet centers, and buy used furniture. It's easy to want to criticize the victims, but it really isn't their fault. Nobody wants to live in poverty. But if you want to remain an ntcc minister in good standing-- then you have to play by their rules. And their rules are: find a job that doesn't interfere in any way with the very busy church schedule-- to include no working on weekends. That basically limits you to construction or security guard. Wives are not allowed to work (unless they are working cleaning Tanya or her mother's luxury homes). You must make all conferences in Missouri, or face either losing your so-called license, or some other humiliation. (I've heard it may have changed, but for those of us who had to be there "or else" for the past 20 years it wasn't an option). Plus, paying 10% of your income, even if you are starving (and the church checks to make sure you pay).

I can tell you from personal experience that I spent many a year suffering near the poverty level while trying to please the ntcc leadership. It was brutal I'll tell you. I have a pretty good education, but it doesn't really help you when you have to find a job that is extremely flexible to fit the ntcc schedule. Low paying jobs and high job turnover are the norm for ntcc ministers.

So if you love ntcc, keep driving your junk car, go home to your small rundown apartment, sit on your used furniture, and sip cheap coffee from an old coffee cup.

Oh there are some in ntcc living comfortably. But guess what those folks have either NEVER left Washington or have gone out in a work and come running back to WA. And have been there for at least seven or more years! Like the Perez's,Winter's,Chave's,And more of them. They keep the Money machine running in WA. Without them, there work, there salaries. There wouldn't be much of a work in ntcc. And they are replaceable!!!! Get some other suckers to come in off there works. Oh you need more training, come back to WA and learn a NEW SYSTEM for soul-winning. All it is to suck you back to Washington. with your dignity in tack!

Then those elite ones STUCK in Washington. Have even had there Own family members move close to them. They are NEVER leaving Washington. They also look down there noses at those poor ministers out in a work. oh,how your work and have NOTHING To show for it. But us in Washington are doing mighty fine. Our kids now play sports, wear decent and nice cloths, are getting a childhood. Why would they leave Washington. They got it made in the shade. While workers out in works Envy them! Think,oh I wish we could live nice like they do. But we must sacrifice for the Lords work. But do those sitting up in WA have to sacrifice for the Lord work??

Always watched those brown nosers weasle there way up the ladder. Made me sick to my stomach watching those kiss ups. Only way to get anywhere in ntcc is to Kiss up,do it there way or they highway! Oh yes forgot the Cardenu's(john and Casey) there also loving ntcc these days. As there sons are playing sports and allowed a childhood by Mike K. only what he allows and what God tells HIM is Ok to do!

GET REAL folks. You are being led around by a yoke in your nose. Mike K. says this is Ok,so your loving life. He will yankse ring back and take it all away at his WILL! Not Gods will, his will. Oh,look numbers are going down. They are enjoying life to much. YANK! Oh look, they think they can control there own live's,they there own Man or woman. YANK!!

You are not Free moral agents! Your puppets on a string!!

On the other end of the spectrum, last time I saw Kekel he was driving a new, black, 2-seat Mercedes hardtop convertible-- which retails at around $65,000. He drove his son to private school in it every day. The interesting thing is, when I brought this up to someone in ntcc they never saw it, and didn't know anything about it. I am convinced that he only drove it to bring his son to the academy to impress the "sinners", but didn't drive it to ntcc, because he knew nobody there would understand why he had so much and they had so little. Another interesting note is that he made a point to tell Jeff that he never "owned" a car like that (implying he never had it)-- when he did in fact DRIVE it. He was basically making a lie through semantics. If it was so right, then why did he HIDE it? Along with his dirt bike and quad and who knows what else. Why HIDE the "blessings of God"? A total lack of transparency and accountability.

Years after Mike K. bashed having a motorcycle's. i am sure he covers it up with. Oh God said it is Ok for me to have one now. He is so in tune with God,doing Gods work. God knows his heart is pure and he can ride his dirt bike. Get back his hobby that he loves. But many ministers have given up there hobbies. All in the name of "working for the Lord". Always hear the same old jargon. I don't have time to WASTE my TIME doing such things. I need to be out reaching people for God. Doing Gods work. Gardening,Pish. anything that brings personal enjoyment was shunned. Of course it was not a so called Policy. But so much was shunned or LOOKED down on. Like our kids playing sports, going to college, having a hobby that took up some of our time, shopping was a waste of time. On and on!

But what was Tanya and Verna's favorite thing to do. Shop! Who had lots of gardening that brothers and sisters did. Tanya and Mike K. Now who has dirt bike's,lots of guitars. Mike K. It is Ok for the Great one to have hobbies. But the lowly minister and his family. Suck it up. And go door knocking. That is all the enjoyment you will get out of life.

How people allow themselves to be controlled by a man.
To all the ntcc pastors out there that have a church that is own by the org.
Why is it that you have to pay the churches bills first with the money that comes in to your church?
Why does the escrow money is signed to ashmore and difrancesco?
Why is it that if you are in debt and rwd, tells you that the only way that you are going to grow that church is for you to go full time, when you know so well you can't because the church you have is barely paying the bills but you still go ahead and do it because you have so much faith in a man. It is not God you are following but a man!
Why didn't God tell YOU to go full time in the first place. why did God tell rwd to tell you. I thought that you are the one that God has in that church, yet you allow somebody else to run your ministry. Oh but it feels so good when you are called "power house preacher."
I am ashamed of the pastors that are so weak minded that allow themselves to be controlled like that.
For once in your life don't send the church payment and see what happens. Is the world going to end? Are you going to see the hand writing on the wall? Are you going to be anathema? I think not.
You are going to receive a call at 2 or 3 am telling why you didn't sent your "rent" and ...........
well you know the rest of the story.

Outstanding post blovd. Outstanding!
That is exactly how it is in the NTCC. What you see clearly blovd, most NTCC ministers are totally blind to.

It is truly amazing. Pay for a building in full and then rent it out to your own pastor. Buy houses and then rent them out to your own folks in Graham. Nothing but a big real-estate holding company. Nothing but perpetual money flow from all angles.

I would have "MY" own building if I was a pastor and I would be the owner, and RWD sees this concept plainly, but his ministers are blind. Why in the world does anyone think that RWD broke away from his previous church organization? Like him or not the man is smart enough to realize that all his work isn't going to wind up in someone else organization so he started his own.

That's ok NTCC pastors, all you have to do is just keep sending the org your rent and they will just keep on loving you. Pay for them there buildings boys and you too can remain ministers in "good standing". Ha, ha, ha. Unfortunately it's actually not very funny.

Hi chief: happy holloween! Even though I really don't believe the origins of this celebration, I just want to say it because I have the freedom to say it without anybody telling me it is wrong.
Just to say those words would be, like blovd said "anathema" in ntcc.
I noticed that you have a post about "ntcc bag of tricks"
with halloween going on tomorrow it is so fitting that when you stay with ntcc, you will get a bagfull of tricks and no treats.

on another note, I will be handing out candy tomorrow, because I can, without any condemnation a-t a-ll.

Handing out candy,my kids are going trick/treating. Got alot of cool decorations up. Burned a mix of Halloween music to play outside when I hand out candy. Hosted a Halloween party, taking my kids to another craft Halloween party after the candy. Booed a few neighbors!! Having a Blast. While the Boring,HO-HUM folks in ntcc do what. Shut off there porch light, hide from trick/treaters. Probably hand them a Church flyer or card!
What a bunch of DUDS!!

Just like having Christmas trees changed, trick or treating might just change in the future also. Snoop around. It might have already changed with a few NTCC elites. Just a thought.

The NTCC has a whole lot more tricks than anyone running around with a costume. It's the truth. You have much more to worry about walking through the doors of an NTCC church than you do going out trick or treating. My kids ain't going trick or treating but if I had to pick between that or the NTCC they'd putting some costumes on.

The NTCCs whole soul winning program is a big trick. You hide everything possible from the folks you invite out to church just to gradually spring it on them as they go. You avoid every question possible about doctrine, church practices, dress and so on. It's a big trick that gets sprung on you once you are on your way to being considered, "IN".

You definitely ain't getting no treats. All the treats wind up in the Kekel's bank accounts, garage, GK's academic certificates, and RWD's huge portfolio of real estate holdings and savings accounts/bonds.

Trick or Treat NTCC.

They create the escrow fund to protect the church from the pastor? What's good for the goose is good for the gander. Who will protect the people in the borg.. the common minister... from the leadership? No one. Hmm, that sounds fishy.

Cars: I have an Acura TL, Nissan 240SX and Cadillac El Dorado.. so which one is falling apart? (not really, just feels like it) you guessed it! Cadillac!

Ho Ho Ho- trick or treat. We got the trick NTCC got the treat! I look at the sad faces of TE Wright as the sit poorly around the table of a worldly-king. What a life- reduced to ashes. What have you all? A bunch of screamy preachers who have long ago left the love of God. Ouch on my ears! You sent your soldiers into battle ill-equipped. Yes, they became little RWD's all right- but pity the world that they did!

Oh yes, I am still a preacher- and GOD did show me the New Heavens and Earth- AND the New Jerusalem coming down to Earth! the common NTCC lackey won't see that- unless he too- purifies his heart! and humbles before GOD in TRUE repentance and real faith! Will or does NTCC repent? wow if they did they could have revival! But alot to repent of! Weep and lament NTCC! But can good fruit proceed from a bad tree? Fresh water spring forth from bitter water? NTCC was build on a bad foundation!

YOU GUYS DESERVE BETTER

AXP wrote that in an old thread:

"But I want you to know I have great memories of our times together, and I still consider you a good friend. I hope you and your wife will one day leave ntcc, because you two are one of the rare good people in ntcc and you guys deserve better. Take care."

There are really great people who are still in ntcc who really do deserve better. That is what this blog is all about: Warn others not to be trapped; Help those who are trapped to escape because:

YOU REALLY DESERVE BETTER
